General email
The fastest way to reach us is by email. We monitor a single inbox for all requests and route from there.
We try to respond to legitimate inquiries within five business days. We do not guarantee a response to unsolicited marketing or to messages that do not identify themselves clearly.
Feedback email
For site feedback, missing Roblox code pages, broken links, mobile layout issues, or suggestions for new calculators, email us here:
What to send and how
To help us reply quickly, please prefix your subject line with the topic:
- [CODE] — a code listed as working is expired, or a new code is missing. Include the game slug, the code, and a source URL when possible.
- [CORRECTION] — a factual error in a guide, tier list, value page, or wiki entry. Include the page URL and the line you want changed.
- [DMCA] — copyright takedown notices. Please read /dmca first; that page lists every element a valid notice must contain.
- [PRIVACY] — privacy requests, including CCPA / CPRA requests to know, delete, or opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- [PARTNER] — game studios, Roblox creators, or advertising partners. Please include a brief description and a link.
What we don't do over email
We do not give Roblox account support, recover banned accounts, sell Robux, generate codes, or run giveaways. Messages asking for those are ignored.
Operator
RBXCodes is operated as an independent fan project. We do not publish a physical mailing address. Legal notices that require service of process should be sent to rbxcodehub@gmail.com and we will respond with the appropriate contact channel.
