RBXCodes does not collect free-text messages inside the website. A parent or guardian can open their email app to report a correction or ask a question.
Email contact
A parent or guardian can contact us by email. Opening the link leaves RBXCodes and uses the email provider configured on the device.
Suggested subject lines
To help us reply fast, please put one of these in your subject line:
- [CODE]— If a code isn't working or you found a new one!
- [CORRECTION] — If something on the site is wrong.
- [IDEA] — If you have a cool suggestion for the site.
- [DMCA] — For copyright stuff (Please read /dmca first).
Corrections, advertising, and editorial requests
For code corrections, include the game name, the exact code, where you found it, and whether Roblox accepted or rejected it. For advertising, privacy, or content quality questions, use [ADS], [PRIVACY], or [EDITORIAL] in the subject so we can route the message to the right review queue.
We review reports that affect active reward lists before adding them to the site, and we may move pages out of search indexing when they do not yet have enough unique, player-useful detail.
What we don't do 🛑
We NEVERask for your password. We also can't give you free Robux, recover your account, or fix Roblox game bugs. You'll need to contact Roblox or the game creator for those!
